Christmas is right around the corner, which means it’s time to decorate your home. If you like to craft in your spare time, we have some great DIY projects for you. Let’s take a look at how you can turn your simple household items into the best Christmas décor!
Take your holiday wreath dreams and make them come true with this DIY craft. All you need is a hula hoop, twine, some letters, spray paint, and eucalyptus. You will not believe how these items can make such a beautiful wreath. Simply spray your hula hoop gold and wait for it to dry. Once the hula hoop is dry start wrapping twine around the hoop like a dream catcher. After you are done with the twine, tie on your branches of eucalyptus to the side of the hoop. You can use faux branches since fresh eucalyptus won’t last too long. Next, take your letters and spray paint them white, or whatever color would match your style, and hang them with yarn from the top of the hoop. They will hang perfectly in the center of the wreath and look wonderful!
If you are going for more of a contemporary look this Christmas, these ornaments are a must. All you need are some geometric brass jewelry connectors, string, and scissors. Simply cut 8-inches pieces of string, tie a knot at the end of the strings, and look around the brass connectors and pull tight. You will be able to make these in no time and your tree will look chic and trendy.
