- Six chicken thighs. With or without bone, with or without skin.
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Two teaspoons garlic powder
- Six cloves of crushed garlic
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/4 cup water
- Two tablespoons rice wine vinegar
- One tablespoon soy sauce

Time to Cook
The first thing you will need to do is season your chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Once you do this, set the meat aside and heat your skillet over medium to high heat. Once your pan is hot, sear your chicken on both sides until they are golden brown and cooked through. If you are using bone-in thighs, you will need to reduce the heat after searing and cover the skillet with a lid and continue cooking. Make sure to turn every five minutes until done. Leave about two tablespoons of the juice from the pan in the pan and drain the rest. For the sauce, add the garlic and stir for a few seconds, then, add the honey, water, vinegar and soy sauce. Increase the heat to medium-high and continue to cook until the sauce is thick.
